Buying

How do I create an account?

You can create an account at any time by clicking the “Login” link at the top, right-hand side of any page. Otherwise you will be prompted to register a new account at the beginning of your check out process.

Do you have everything I’m ordering in stock?

Stock levels are updated regularly so If a product is in stock, it is available to be ordered online and delivered to you. On the odd occasion there may be an inventory error, in which case we will contact you immediately.

I’m unsure of what to purchase, can I speak to someone?

You can call or email us at our head office should you have any questions about your purchase. We are glad to be of assistance before you make your final decision just as if you were in the store with us. Simply email info@musicalempire.ng or call 07064003010 / 09085190211 (9am to 6pm Monday to Friday).

Can I pick up my online order in store?

Yes, you can visit our showroom to pick up your order. Kindly call to inform us so we have it readily available.

Shipping

I’ve placed my order online, how long until I get it?

We process online orders at the warehouse in Lagos, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. Once your order and payment has been approved by the Online Orders team, a picking slip is sent to your nearest drop off location with stock of your product for dispatch. This part of the process normally takes 1-2 days maximum; the balance of the time to delivery is determined by your chosen shipping method and location.

How long do the shipping methods take?

Transit times depend on where we are shipping to. We email you with a tracking number once your package is dispatched, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

What modes of payments does you accept?

Online Payment: Pay via credit cards, and debit cards via our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers use this option as it is fast and secure.
Bank Transfer: Upon checkout, select the Bank transfer payment method and follow the instructions given.
Pay on delivery: Pay upon delivery. This method is available on most items and selected areas of Lagos.

What happens if the courier returns my package to you?

If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the shipping costs before resending.
